Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 the Board of Directors of openbox19 are the Data Controller and can be contacted by emailing openboxob19@gmail.com.

 

 

 

We collect Personal Data to enable openbox19 to keep in touch with you regarding services, creative packages and promotions.

 

GDPR legislation allows openbox19 to process Personal Data under your consent and where it is in the legitimate interest of the public or other members of openbox19.

 

Any Personal Data supplied with consent will be stored securely within the openbox19 database which is held within the third party software of Mailchimp, and internal databases which are all password protected systems which can only be accessed by Directors of openbox19.

Your Personal Data will be removed from the openbox19 database should you inform openbox19 hat you no longer wish to have it stored.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

OPENBOX19 cannot accept any returns or refunds unless the original product was faulty or damaged when received. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

 

Returning a faulty item

If you need to return a faulty item please Email Openboxob19@gmail.com

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.
